REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines how payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all purchases made through www.endorfinwellness.com, Our mobile application, and any third-party platforms We use to deliver Our Services.

By making a purchase, You acknowledge and agree to this Policy in full.

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

Because Our Services include digital content, personalized coaching, customized programming, access to proprietary materials, and trainer time, all sales are final, and We do not issue refunds except where expressly stated in this Policy.

This applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

  • In-person personal training;

  • Online/virtual personal training;

  • Custom or semi-custom training plans;

  • Online coaching or accountability programs;

  • Digital downloads, guides, and resources;

  • Online programs, workshops, and courses;

  • Memberships and app-based subscriptions; and

  • Fitness challenges or group programs.

Your purchase constitutes Your agreement that You will not receive a refund for any reason not covered explicitly below.

2. Digital Products and Online Training Programs

Due to the instant and irrevocable access provided to digital content, no refunds are issued for:

  • Online training programs;

  • Digital downloads or PDFs;

  • Video libraries or exercise content;

  • Online challenges or events;

  • App-based programs or memberships; and

  • Nutrition or wellness resources.

Once access is granted, the sale is final.

3. Personal Training Sessions

3.1 In-Person Training

All scheduled sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled late or missed entirely may be forfeited at the trainer’s discretion.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Missed appointments;

  • Late cancellations;

  • Unused sessions in a package; and

  • Partially completed packages.

Expirations and rescheduling terms are detailed in Your training agreement.

3.2 Online/Virtual Training

Online sessions also require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Missed or unused online sessions are non-refundable and may not be credited unless otherwise stated in Your agreement.

4. Memberships and Subscription Services

If You enroll in a recurring subscription or membership, You authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until You cancel.

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel a subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided at checkout (typically through Your account portal or by contacting Us in writing).

4.2 No Refunds for Partial Billing Cycles

We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations;

  • Unused membership periods;

  • Lack of participation;

  • Temporary inactivity; or

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Failed Payments and Billing Issues

If Your payment fails or is declined:

  • Your access to the Services may be paused; and

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

If You believe a billing error has occurred, You must notify Us immediately at abby@endorfinwellness.com.

6. Refunds Required by Law

If local or applicable consumer protection laws require a refund under specific conditions, We will comply as required. This Policy does not override mandatory legal rights where applicable.

7. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

By making a purchase, You agree to resolve billing concerns directly with Us and not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes through Your bank or credit card issuer.

7.1 No Unauthorized Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback as a means to avoid the terms of this Refund Policy, deny payment, or obtain a refund contrary to this Policy. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy constitutes a breach of contract.

7.2 Our Right to Contest Chargebacks

If You file a chargeback, We reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor demonstrating:

  • You authorized the transaction;

  • You received access to the purchased Services;

  • No refund was warranted under this Policy; and

  • You agreed to the Company’s Terms and this Refund Policy.

We may also recover:

  • The amount of the disputed charge;

  • Any fees or penalties imposed on Us due to the chargeback; and

  • Costs associated with the dispute.

7.3 Suspension of Access

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Your access to the Services, App, coaching, and programs may be immediately suspended, and

  • Access will remain suspended until the chargeback is resolved.

If the chargeback is reversed in Our favor, reinstatement of access is at Our discretion.

7.4 Collection of Outstanding Balances

If a chargeback results in an unpaid balance:

  • You agree that the Company may pursue the balance through collections, and

  • You remain legally liable for all amounts owed.

7.5 Agreement as Proof of Consent

Your purchase, combined with Your acceptance of Our Terms and this Refund Policy, serves as documented evidence of:

  • Your authorization of the transaction, and

  • Your agreement to the terms presented herein.

This may be submitted as proof in the event of a payment dispute.
